Greetings:

Welcome to J. Thordarson Photography that highlights wildlife in Kachemak Bay and Homer, Alaska. I hope you will pause to enjoy one or more of the galleries including birds, ducks, eagles, sea otters, cranes, orcas, and more that spend time in Kachemak Bay (during the summer though a few species spend the winter). You may just find a photograph that is perfect for your home or office. These wildlife images are diverse and often you can enjoy the interaction of light, ocean and animated movement in their natural setting.

I encourage visitors to take advantage of the Contact page above to send an email with any questions about other available options or recommendations for a particular photograph. Or you can use your own creativity to decide on the best size and what suits your particular artwork needs. I know you'll find a photograph that would enhance your living space. Currently metal prints are popular because of their wonderful detail and beautiful colors (and are ready to display). Please refer to Purchase Options above for more information.

Enjoy your journey of discovery! Wildlife in and around Kachemak Bay is truly a joy to watch and to photograph.
